50 Ways To Cope With Stress
Saw this on Tumblr awhile back, but saw it again the other day and it really hit me. Some are just silly, and others are pretty insightful. Mainly they're just good little reminders, especially with the holiday season coming up and the last couple months of school taking place, which will be stressful, so I need to just take a deep breath. It's all gonna be okay. Whatever you're going through, I hope this inspires you in some way or another, whether it's appreciating the small things in life or coming up with better study habits. Sometimes we just need to take it slow!
